INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

Her well appointed cabin and three stateroom floorplan provide all you can need for extended cruising. The third stateroom was ordered new with the optional office from Sea Ray, yet also is fitted for a cushion on the oversized desk for added sleeping space. There are two very roomy heads with separate shower stalls, VacuFlush freshwater toilets, mirrored vanities, and excellent storage space in each. The huge master stateroom is forward, with a generous queen centerline berth with drawer storage below, a vanity fit for a queen, a huge hanging locker, a TV w/ VCR, and storage compartments galore. The walk-around space in the master is tremendous, adding a suite-like feel to the owner's accomodations. The VIP stateroom is mid-ship to starboard and features a queen berth, it's own deluxe vanity as well, and incredible storage space with drawers, compartments, and a roomy hanging locker. Opposite to port is the guest stateroom/office conversion featuring a working desk and storage drawers, as well as a hanging locker. The galley, located forward and up in the salon features a 'cut-away' wall effect, with wide counter-tops which open up the interior, while also providing added counter space... enough to even add a convenient breakfast counter with stools on the salon side. Appliances include: hot and cold pressure water, sink, microwave oven, trash compactor, electric stove, built-in coffee maker, a built-in can opener, and two refrigerators with freezers. This yacht is also fitted with the optional and desirable dinette opposite the galley. The expansive salon features a wide-open living area with new free standing furniture, teak and holly flooring, and big and bright cabin windows which open for those days when AC isn't needed, and the windows are also fitted with custom 50/50 screens on all outer windows to reduce light and heat penetration, yet offer unobstructed visibility from within. There is a full 110V sound system with CD, cassette, and AM/FM receiver. 4 zone A/C with reverse cycle heat handles all the climate control. For added convenience there's also a Washer/Dryer and trash compactor..




















EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

Great flybridge seating arrangement with the more desirable aft helm station console. There is a Sony stereo system is on the bridge, a bridge icemaker, enough comfortable seating for a small army, a fiberglass table, storage everywhere, a wetbar, and a custom gold anodized rocket launcher added aft for fishing rod transportation. The electrically operated anchor winch handles the heaving for you without breaking a sweat while pushing that little button! The cockpit features aft lounge settees both port and starboard, with a full aft deck slant cover for added protection from the elements while stored. Also in the cockpit is a wetbar, with secondary DDEC cockpit throttle and shift controls, easy lazarette access, and exterior carpets also. ALL exterior seats, cushions, and settees have custom Sunbrella covers that are always on, keeping the upholstery in above average condition for original vinyls. Bow rails are of 314L SS for low maintenance, are high and strong, providing safety while traversing fore or aft, with secure handholds on the sides of the 'house' to give you that extra edge of safety. A wide transom door provides access to the very large swim platform with built-in boarding/dive ladder. Spare anchor. ELECTRONICS SPECIFICATIONS

Full package includes: 48 mile Raytheon Radar, B&G Autopilot, Northstar 951 GPS plotter, Loud hailer, VHF radio, Raytheon V850 color recording fish/depth finder, B&G speed and distance log, B&G digital depth finder. Also equipped with an electrically operated ACR spotlight.

ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS

Optional 625HP Detroit Diesel 6V92 DDECs provided a better turn of speed versus the standard engine package, and these are perfectly maintained and in perfect running order having just been fully tuned. Port engine has only 100 hours since overhaul (due to a premature head gasket failure), and the entire boat including the starboard engine have only 1400 original hours. The Detroit Diesel Electronic Control system allows you to monitor all standard engine functions more presicely, and also providing the added viewability of other convenient functions such as fuel burn and engine load percentages. To supply the ship's power underway, there is not just one, but two generators! The primary genset is a 12.5KW Westerbeke, and in '99/'00, a 7.0 KW Fischer Panda genset was installed for added peace of mind and enough power to run every AC powered item... at once! A 400 gallon per day Sea Recovery reverse osmosis watermaker help keep cost down, and provide better water than found on most Bahamas trips, not to mention the self-made water is free! There is one spare prop shaft for the peace of mind of those those cruising the shallow waters of the Bahamas! Shore power cord hassles are easily controlled by two Glendenning Cable Master electric cord reels, one for the 220V shore cord, and a second unit for the 110V cord.








REMARKS

Many recent updates, recently overhauled port engine, new flooring and furniture, not to mention being in excellent overall condition both mechanically as well as cosmetically. *No blisters on, or moisture in, the hull bottom.
