Three words alone describe this shed-kept maxi-cruiser’s condition both in and out, as well as the engine room… MINT, PERFECT, and BRISTOL! Others upstate would consider it in “Palm Beach” condition. Whatever words you prefer, you cannot find a cleaner, more perfectly kept boat anywhere! Add to this the fact the current owner wishes it to be the next Mariner sold so they can buy their next larger boat, and it’s win-win for you all the way.

INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

Without a doubt the “biggest” 35’er ever built. Standing in the warm Maple adorned salon, you get the feeling on being on a significantly larger yacht. Standing in the master stateroom, you get the feeling on being on a significantly larger yacht. Standing in the head area or the shower compartment, you get the feeling of being on a significantly larger yacht. OK, by now you get the picture… this is one huge 35’ mini-yacht! Entering the cabin from the cockpit through the sliding door(with a screen door as well), you step down into the main salon area. To port is a huge wrap-around dinette that converts into a full queen berth, while to starboard is a sofa settee that open into an even larger berth! The TV/VCR, and AM/FM CD entertainment system is cleverly arranged for easy viewing from either the sofa or the dinette and feature remote controls for all units. Cleverly implemented is the unique flybridge access, other than via the dual stairwells from the cockpit… a ladder leading up through a large 30x30 inch hatch directly to the bridge deck! This access is great for passing food and drink to the bridge, or for staying dry if it’s raining when you want to go up or down and don’t feel like getting wet. The gourmet galley is fully outfitted and includes: Sharp Carousel microwave, a two burner Princess stove, a Black & Decker Spacesaver coffee maker, great counterspace with a roomy molded-in sink with hot/cold water, and a big, full-size, 8 cubic foot Norcold 12V/110V frig/freezer. Above and below counter cabinet space is fantastic, rivaling that of some 45’ers! Forward to starboard, opposite the galley is the absolutely huge enclosed head compartment which not only has room for two people to get by one another in, but features such a large shower compartment that conserving water by showering in “pairs” is a viable option :o) ! Centerline forward is the master suite with an over-length queen berth. Again, as in the galley, Carver has done a great job loading the master with incredible storage areas, both with a hanging locker, and with drawers everywhere they could fit them. The master features its own TV/VCR unit, cable TV hook-up, and dockside phone service, with a wall mounted phone included. Two opening S.S. portholes are provided in the master suite as well. Special note: This boat is unique in the fact that it incorporates TWO full Ocean Marine digital AC/Heating systems compared to the usual single unit installation. Not only does this make things much cooer inside on those "dog days of Summer" due to double the available BTU's, but it also allows for a back-up in case one unit fails while at sea.

EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

Beginning aft, there is a large integrated swim platform with flushed and recessed dive ladder. Also found built-in to the transom are two doors; on the portside it houses the hot & cold water shower, and the starboard compartment contains both of your 110V shore cord receptacles as well as the cable TV and telephone hook-ups. Entering the cockpit from the swim platform is easy through the very wide swing-in style transom door. All mechanical bilges are directly and easily accessed through the 3 large cockpit hatches, which means no greasy hand or foot prints on your upholstery or carpeting from those less than careful mechanics. Very safe and secure flybridge access is provided by port and starboard by deep and wide stairwells. Once upstairs, there are wide, secure walkways all the way to the bow. Arriving at the bow you'll find a secure and cozy upholstered seat for two, as well as the electric anchor windlass and back-up deck mounted controls complimenting the remote controls at the helm station. The bow is further secured by the all S.S. railing system with an additional welded lifeline forward and is completed with two S.S. fender baskets. The bridge is setup equally well for the helmsman with an unimpeded view, or for sitting a dozen people or more, comfortably... and enough drink holders all over the bridge for them as well! Speaking of drinks, there is an optional Raritan Icer-Ette icemaker and a fresh water sink/wetbar on the bridge. All seating cushions, as well as the helm station itself, are protected by soft vinyl slip-on or snap-on protective covers when not in use, adding many years of life to the exterior upholstery. Directly behind the helm seat you'll find the access hatch to belowdecks, which is cleverly secured by both a S.S. railing all around, as well as a snap-lock safety chain 'just in case'. This S.S. railing also serves a second purpose, as it also converts into a roomy 'Starboard' table with built-in drink holders. The design of getting anywhere topsides easily and securely with no ladders, is one that will be found much to the liking of people with small children, the handicapped, and especially those older boaters that may have a harder time with ladders due to mobility. A friendly and ergonomic boat for all, without a doubt. The helm is well laid out for easy guage reading, has "butterfly" windows in the windshield to cool things off underway, a custom fabricated chart station with red nightlite, dual windshield wipers, a rudder angle indicator, and an engine synchronizing guage, and a convenient ITT Jabsco remotely operated search/spotlight.Also included with Teleflex's Sea Star hydraulic steering with tilting helm and S.S. ship's wheel, as well as Teleflex shift and throttle controls for precision.

ELECTRONICS SPECIFICATIONS

Navigating is handled by the top-shelf Northstar 951X GPS Plotter with cartography, while depth readings are taken care by the B&G Network Depthfinder. A Standard Horizon Intrepid VHF with a built-in "Distress Signal" button that adds that little extra bit of safety we all shouldn't do without. A 5" Ritchie Power Damp compass keeps you headed in the right direction.

MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Powered by twin Mercruiser 350 Magnum inboard engines with only 366 original hours. A 6.5KW Kohler genset supplies all the 110V power while underway with barely a whisper being heard, this due to it's far aft mounting location and even more so by it's Sound Shield box. The engine room and bilges in this boat are immaculate and have always been kept that way. No rust, no dirt, no oil... immaculate!
