The Pursuit 3000 Express is a good-looking fisherman from a company that seldom misses the mark when it comes to design and engineering, the Pursuit 3000 Express is an upmarket midsize fisherman with a comfortable interior and a well arranged deck layout.

The Hibiscus has been well maintained is very well equipped for fishing, cruising or diving.

INTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

The cabin has a handsome display of luxury fabrics and teak trim and sleeps four adults. The Hibiscus has teak and holly flooring and steps which adds to the richness of the interior. There is a V-berth forward which sleeps two adults.  Going aft on the starboard side there is a hanging locker with a combo AM/AM CD Stereo. There is a place and hookup (including antenna) for a TV on top of the hanging locker. Currently there is no TV installed.  Next on the starboard side is the face to face dinette which drops down to make a second bed which will sleep two additional persons. On the wall behind the dinette is the Air Conditioning digital controls and the breaker panel. There is also an air conditioning vent and a CO detector. On the portside is the head which features a shower, sink with a Corian counter top and a head.  Forward of the head is the galley. The galley includes a Norcold refrigerator/freezer, a single burner stove, microwave and a sink with hot and cold water. The counter top is corian and there is plenty of storage. 

EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

The exterior of the Hibiscus is very well designed and makes an excellent fishing platform. The Hibiscus has been lightly fished and has been used more as a cruiser. The cockpit is very large and anglers will appreciate the excellent non-skid and fine detailing.  A transom door with gate, in-deck fish box, bait-prep center and coaming bolsters are standard as is a fold down bench seat at the transom.There is a fiberglass swim platform and dive ladder which is very useful for the avid diver or just taking a dip to cool off. There is a hot and cold handheld shower located on the portside under the gunwale. The 3000 Express Pursuit has amble storage under the seats, including a built in four drawer fishing tackle box.  The Pursuit has wide side decks making going forward a breeze.  On the foredeck there are three hatches which provide additional lighting for the cabin.  There are stainless steel handrails on the foredeck which provides additional safety while forward.  There are also stainless steel fender storage holders attached to the handrails.  The Hibiscus sports a fiberglass bow pulpit with windlass to handle the anchoring chores.
There is a hardtop which has a San Juan sunshade to fold over and provide shade for the cockpit.

ELECTRONICS SPECIFICATIONS

The Hibiscus has an excellent electronic package.  There is a Furuno 24 mile radar, a Furuno GP-1850 DF color GPS chartplotter, a Raytheon ST5000 auto pilot and a VHF marine radio.  The helm has a full array of gauges, including a rudder angle indicator, and a helm stereo control.

MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS

This Pursuit 3000 Express is powered by twin Mercruiser 350 HP inboard engines.  The port engine has 561 hours and the starboard engine has 568 original hours.  There is no generator currently installed on the Hibiscus.
